Relays
Orbital stations and satellites that receive incoming messenger drones and route their data down to planetary surfaces.
Relays are positioned in orbit around key planets within a star system. They act as contact points for arriving messengers, receiving their payloads and establishing contact with the surface below. Some relays double as large data vaults, serving as accessible global networks for the systems they orbit.
Data passing through a relay may be censored or restricted by the controlling power of the system.
